Please contact Medicare.gov, 1-800-MEDICARE, or your local State Health Insurance Assistance Program (SHIP) to get information on all of your options.  Federal Contracting Statement (FCS) This is model content through which plans must convey that they have a contract with Medicare and that enrollment in the plan depends on contract renewal. Organizations must include the FCS on all marketing materials except: banners and banner-like advertisements, outdoor signs, text messages, social media or envelopes. The Medicare Dude represents Medicare Advantage [HMO, PPO, and PFFS] organizations that have a Medicare contract. Enrollment depends on the plan’s contract renewal.
